Terms of Use
Use of SSPP Sign & Go is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscription Terms
- Price: 99 SEK/year (Premium)
- Free tier: 5 documents included before Premium is required
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
- Payment: Charged via your Apple ID account.
- Manage / Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions) before the next renewal date.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policy at support.apple.com/HT204084.

We take your privacy seriously. Here is exactly what we do and do not do with your data.

Information We Collect
SSPP Sign & Go may process:
- Email addresses entered by the user
- PDF documents generated by the user
- Anonymous app-generated identifiers used for security and abuse prevention
How We Use Data
The data is used to:
- Generate PDF documents
- Deliver documents by email
- Protect the service against abuse and excessive usage
- Improve app stability and reliability
Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance — to deliver the service you request
- Legitimate interest — to secure the service and prevent abuse
- Legal obligations — where applicable under applicable law
Document Handling
- Documents are generated locally on the user's device.
- Documents are not permanently stored on our servers.
- Documents are only transmitted when the user chooses to send them by email.
- Documents are automatically removed from memory after processing.
Local Storage
To improve usability, the app may store the following on your device:
- Preferred email settings
- Recently used recipient email addresses
- Premium subscription status (used to unlock unlimited document generation)
- A free-tier counter tracking how many of the 5 included documents have been used
This information is stored only on the user's device. No documents, PDF files or signatures are stored locally after use.
Data Retention
- Email delivery logs are retained for up to 30 days
- Rate-limit counters are retained for up to 24 hours
- Local settings remain on your device until you remove them
Third-Party Services
SSPP Sign & Go uses trusted service providers:
- Resend (email delivery)
- Cloudflare (application hosting and security)
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase (application infrastructure)
- Apple (App Store distribution, in-app purchases and subscriptions)
These providers may temporarily process data required to deliver the service.
International Transfers
Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Security
For abuse prevention and rate limiting, network information such as IP addresses may be processed temporarily. Raw IP addresses are not permanently stored.
Tracking
SSPP Sign & Go:
- Does not use advertising networks
- Does not use analytics platforms
- Does not use cross-app tracking
- Does not use device advertising identifiers
- Does not sell user data
Your GDPR Rights
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request restriction of processing
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)

Your Data
You may remove locally stored settings at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the application.
